In rare cases where excessive usage impacts network stability, Govaio reserves the right to temporarily limit outgoing public bandwidth by up to 50% to maintain overall network quality.

A DDoS attack can disrupt your business, cause downtime, and result in lost revenue. Additionally, such attacks can overload shared networks and impact other customers. With Govaio Hyper Hosting, there’s no need to manually select a datacentre. We automatically assign your server to the nearest available datacentre to ensure optimal speed and performance for your users.

Govaio Hyper Hosting offers flexible billing options. You can choose between monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles, depending on your preference. All billing starts from the date of server activation.

If a payment is not received by the due date, your service enters a grace period of 7 days. During this period, your server and data remain safe but access may be limited. If payment is not made within the grace period, the service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.

You can request service termination at any time via your Govaio client dashboard. Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After termination, your data is retained for 7 days as a backup grace period, after which it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Auto-termination occurs when a service remains unpaid after the suspension and grace period. If payment is not received within 7 days of suspension, the service is automatically terminated, and all data is permanently deleted with no recovery option.
